I've just started seeing this new guy, who's a little different from guys I usually go for. He's a bit more traditional about dating. he buys me flowers and chocolate and pays for EVERY SINGLE DATE even if i offer to pay or go dutch. its a little weird. he gets offended when i offer to pay
anyway, his birthday was two days ago. i went pretty casual and burnt him a mix cd. I designed a cover myself, and bought him a couple really cool t-shirts. he seemed unenthusiastic and unimpressed. later that night he admitted he wasnt used to my kinds of gifts. he was used to girls buying him cologne or shaving kits...

what do you think of this? is it just me or is he being a little uptight? i worked hard on that cd cover and i put all his favorite music on it, plus the t-shirts were really cool!! or at least i thought they were.. :( would most guys actually prefer some cologne? i thought my gift was cool. let me know what you think.

What would be a really awesome tattoo for my 18th bday?

I am thinking that I want a tattoo on my lower back, right shoulder (if small) or something on my ankle for my 18th bday. I don't want any animals or anything unless they are like a lion and mean something.... and I don't want flowers unless it is a lotus or something.... problem is..they are long. the flower one comes half way down my butt.
the other one can be considered a dress.
i want to wear one of them this saturday to a festival...however its gonna be 65-70some degrees (which is cold in indiana haha)

Sims 3 Help appreciated Nothing works! How do you meet the Reaper?

Please only serious and detailed answers. I have Sims 3 just the base game. I sincerely want to interact/talk with the Grim Reaper. I have done extensive research online and have found many so-called solutions none of which have yielded any interactions. I have killed my Sim countless times now through fire and starvation. Each time the Reaper comes and shakes his head says my Sims misfortune is fascinating and so he allows him to live. At first I tried without the death flower but I read that Grim won't speak to you without having one so I acquired that. I put garden gnomes about because I heard he will take the time to knock them over giving you the chance to interact but he doesn't even take note. I have tried shift clicking Grim and the 3 options I get are: object, trigger age transition, and lastly something about music preference so I can't simply shift-click and add him into my active household like I can an ordinary Sim. I can only teleport my own Sims I see no means of teleporting him though I can move him using move objects. Do I need a teleportation pad? Clicking on the mailbox and forcing him over just allows me a quick view because again I can't interact with the Reaper. Does my character have to have certain traits? Does it not work with the base game? I know that there are multiple Reaper's but I've tried enough now that I think I should have found one I can talk too at least once! Is it even true you can interact with him? Does my character need to have maxed out his lifetime wants and have earned a lot of points?

One breezy evening, when i was on cycle ride through the remote locations of my urban village, i discovered a lake. I went on its banks and was gazing at the ripples created by the fish moving on the surface of the water, they were feeding on the bread pieces thrown onto them by some kiddies. The cool breeze was really beckoning me on a ride through my fantasies & the silence prevailing got me in a freeze stand.
There was amazing flowers all around colorful as a world of rainbows. The smell of the fresh blooming scent of the lilies was heaven scent. As the wind blew across the pond the fragrance from the lilies drifted my way and I just laid back and felt so peaceful. There could be no other place closer to heaven scent. Smelled like my grandmothers place with all the most beautiful blooms you would ever see.
As the day turned to evening, the thirst came on. I leaned my hand into the pond and dripped the water across my face. It felt so cool and relaxing. I scooped more water into my hand and drank it. It was like drinking from water streams from a mountain. The most clean refreshing taste you could ever imagine. It wasn’t like an ordinary pond; this pond was so clear and sparkling.
I stretched out and ran my feet into the cool water. The water was so relaxing and felt so good. The fish were so amazing they would just jump right across my feet. As I laid there the water around my feet started to feel like pressure. I leaned up and it was the biggest fish you could imagine looking at me as if he was smiling. I had a bag of chips and I tossed one toward him. He jumped and gobbled it right up.
He blew a string of water on me and jumped all around the pond splashing. I was so amazed and felt like I found a magical pond. I got up and started running around the pond. It was like he was chasing me, he followed me every move I made. I had the most amazing wonderful time ever. As night drew I tossed my last chip to the biggest fish ever and he swallowed it and did a back flip like he was a dolphin. This place was the most extraordinary pond I ever been to. I will be there every weekend.
